RUN WITH GOD EACH DAY

Busy days, busy lives...always running, trying to keep up...
Making phone calls, keeping appointments...trying not to mess up
Jobs, Families, Friends...when do you really stop?

If your on the go, like so many...
then run with God each day.
HE can go anywhere you are...
in the car, in your home, at your job.
If you can't slow down, don't worry...
God can keep up with you,
just remember one thing,
to include HIM in your day.

Why, you might say?
"I'm so busy, I don't have time to think of God or time to pray".
And that's OK...God will wait for you, to come to HIM.
But we live in a world of multitask...
We all do it...so why not include God
and run with HIM.

Create your own special relationship with God
think of HIM like your friend,
call HIM once a day to check in and see "what's up"?

Ask HIM for advice and help with anything...
Ask HIM to watch your back...
Ask HIM for whatever you need...
you don't need to borrow it, HE will just give it to you.

The busier you are, the more you need God.
Make a good habit or routine of speaking with HIM each day.
HE is a friend who will always steer you in the right direction.
And in time, you will learn to HEAR HIS VOICE.
HE will speak to you in many ways...
through others and situations,
and in your heart and mind.

Let God help you each day...
your day will be brighter and
nothing can happen to you without HIS consent.
HE will shower you with Love, Smiles and a Confidence,
that everything will somehow be OK!
If your a busy person, then RUN WITH GOD EACH DAY
and if you have some down time, then spend some relaxing with GOD.

As you develop your relationship with God...
it will be impossible for a day to go by...without HIM.
Have a daily dialogue with HIM!
God is loving and amazing!
Give it a try...you have everything to gain!

AMEN!!! my dear sister:) Why not include God in your day! Right? He is the best guidance, protection, emotional support... we will ever have or need!!!

I read a verse a long time ago in some version I can't remember, but I committed the passage to heart, because it spoke so awesome to me. It goes like this (maybe you know the version and solve my mystery once and for all, LOL)

"You Lord are all I have, and You give me all I need; My future is in your hands."

What a place to BEEEEEEEEEEEEE :)!!!

Great message:)!!!
Grace, peace and love be yours in fullest measure.

God bless you always my dear sweet sister/friend

Affectionately
Rev Deb

I cannot go through the day without at least mentioning His name. It is a great habit to get into. I agree with Rev Deb about committing to memory scripture passages. They certainly help in keeping contact with the Lord.

1 Corinthians 9:25-27 (N.I.V.)
Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore, I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air. No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.

Strict training refers not only to the rigorous effort applied to our physical well being but also to our self control over our
temptations. In the verses above Paul observes that the athletes train rigorously for a corruptible crown that will soon wither away and will not last, but the crown of life (eternal life) and fellowship with God will last forever. Please read (Revelation 2:10) in your own Bible. In the Greek games there was a ‘herald’ who had the job of announcing the rules of the different contests. Paul likens himself to a herald for Christ, but he is also one who plays in the game. That is, he not only preaches the Gospel but he also lives by the Gospel rules! All believers while very confident of God’s sovereign grace are nevertheless conscious of their own battle (race) against sin. They do not want to be disqualified (i.e., tested and disapproved) for the
prize.
What a joy it is to be in the race!
