MISTAKES

HOW DO WE KNOW WHEN WE HAVE MADE A MISTAKE? We do not always know...until we start to sense that things appear worse...than better.

What are "mistakes" to us, are most probably lessons that we can learn from, to help us become better people. If we feel that we have made a mistake, a poor choice or a bad decision,
GO TO GOD FOR HELP.
ASK GOD TO :
1) HELP US FIX THE MISTAKE
2) Allow us to learn from it, grow and become a stronger individual.

ASK YOURSELF, What did Jesus want us to learn from this experience or lesson?

As painful as it is, remember that God can always turn around a situation or mistake... and help you put your life back together. HE can even make your life better than before. You must believe that and hold on to that belief... because without it, life may appear to be bleak and without hope... which is the opposite of Christ. CHRIST IS HOPE.

Jesus walked on earth and knows just how difficult it is. He has great empathy for us and wants to lead and help us. I usually ask God to guide me before making any serious or big decision. So, when it appears that I may have made a mistake, I first realize that:

A) IT IS NOT A MISTAKE IN GOD'S EYES (because then HE would not have allowed me to make it)

B) HE HAS A PLAN TO MAKE SOME OR A LOT OF GOOD COME OUT OF THIS "MISTAKE". (You have to have faith, hope and trust) Otherwise, you may become depressed, sad and feel that you messed up your life and that there is no way to fix it. But that is not true with God, HE can and will fix our mistakes, if we ask HIM to.

GOD likes when we turn to HIM and say "Help". HE does not judge us... whether WE went to HIM, before we messed up or not...all HE is concerned with is... that NOW we have turned to HIM for help and guidance.

THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GOD TO SHOW YOU JUST HOW MUCH HE LOVES YOU ...AND HAS POWER OVER YOUR LIFE, IF YOU LET HIM...

Yeah...the attitude of "forgive and forget" is very important. Sometimes more than others, we need to forgive ourselves and learn a lesson not to repeat it.

Nice post.
